1. Full refund will be issued if the organizer cancels the seminar due to unforeseen situations. The organizer will take up to 4-6 weeks after the completion of the event to issue the refunds and charge an administrative fee of INR 500 per registration.
2. No refund will be issued if the organizer postpones the seminar for a later date and month due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. A 50% refund is available for seminar registration when written notification is received between four (4) weeks and two (2) weeks prior to the seminar start date.
4. All fees for special events (if any) are non-refundable.
